Operating in South Florida gave us an appreciation for Caribbean and Cuban cuisine. Our experiences with simple yet flavorful foods made us truly appreciate and embrace the importance and the varying effects of cultures on cuisine. We encounter foods from various cultures and imagine ways to bring that food to you while keeping the integrity of the food in place.

At The Spice Rack we have a love for food and cultures and want to bring the flavors of the South, Caribbean, Asian, Latin and classic American to your next event.

Jamaal Fuller (Chef/Owner)

I have a great love and appreciation for various cuisines. I enjoys immensely when people enjoy the food because life is about good food, good friends and family. My interest in the culinary arts started at the age of 7 as I watched my father cook in the kitchen. It continued through college where I often cooked for friends and family at various events or just at the house. It culminated into an annual event every 4th of July.

During the process, the goal and the objective became to always provide good food and to have a good time doing it. That is what is (and will always be) most important to me.

Always striving to be better, Mr. Fuller is currently advancing through a culinary program and caters events large and small for diverse clients.
