Our History The Spice Rack has been fortunate enough to have catered events in the Maryland/DC metro area as well as South Florida. Operating in South Florida gave us a renewed respect for Caribbean and Latin Cuisine. We encountered simple yet flavorful foods from various cultures and imagined ways to bring that food (that experience) to you while keeping its integrity in place

Our Team

Jamaal Fuller - Chef/OwnerI have a great love and appreciation for various cuisines. I enjoy immensely when people enjoy the food because life is about good food, good friends and family. My interest in the culinary arts started at the age of 7 as I watched my father cook in the kitchen. It continued through college where I often cooked for friends and family at various events or just at the house. It culminated into an annual event every 4th of July.

Avetrice brings a warm smile, great personality and an exceptional level of customer service that comes from years of experience. Her passion, drive and determination is an invaluable asset to The Spice Rack. She makes sure the ship is in order as we go on this culinary journey.
